What this site does not do

There are no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising trackers on this site. We do not sell or share visitors’ data.

What is kept in your browser

• The language and the light or dark theme you choose (browser storage, on your device only).
• Your place on the page when you switch language (removed as soon as the next page opens).
• Your cookie choice (the cookie “hd_consent”, kept for six months).

None of this leaves your device or is used to identify you.

Google Maps

The address section shows a map embedded from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC). When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. You can turn the map off in the cookie settings: the round button at the bottom left.

Fonts and scripts

Fonts and scripts are served from this site; your browser does not contact font or script services.

Booking

Online booking opens the Altegio booking page (n1414918.alteg.io). The details you enter there, such as your name, phone number, service and time, are used by the booking service and by us to arrange your visit. The booking page has its own privacy terms.

When you contact us

If you call, email or message us on Instagram, we use your details only to reply and to arrange your visit, and we do not keep them longer than needed.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser) for security and to keep the site running.

Instagram and Google reviews

Links to Instagram and Google open those services, and their own rules apply there. The rating and the posts shown on this site are loaded by our server; your browser does not contact Instagram or Google for them.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, and the GDPR for visitors from the European Union, you may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@headonist.rs.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
